It started with some Farm Boy Spinach Ravioli, and I was looking for a sauce. Nothing complicated. Just simple. Butter and lemon juice and garlic. Perfect!! I figured add salmon to the query, and at the very least I would be able to use the two filets that were defrosting. Look what I found! A recipe page without ads. Just a WordPress site <3
But I still made some changes. The sauce is delish! and I really only deviated at the end where I put the pasta back in the pan to reheat a bit and the salmon. Well it looked nice but when I sliced it I thought maybe I can but that back in the pan as well. Stirred in a bit!
Thats where I thought it needed something and having forgotten about the parmesan, I added feta.
A note on this version. This is a week without a car and no grocery shopping, and I forgot to take anything out of the freezer. Yes, the spinich was frozen and it was those little cubes. I did them in the pan too and then took them out. But they couldn't hold their own on a plate anymore. They needed to be mixed.
