Here it is Friday 8:00 and I want to eat not think. Just so happens I have some leftover chicken fried rice, a tin of beans and small tin of corn that dutifully sits in the cupboard for this very moment. 

1/4 c chicken broth if using already cooked rice 

Chopped green pepper 
Chopped green onion 
Cumin paprika coriander 

That just about does it. There was almost a tie between Black beans or White Spanish beans, just because I have two tins of white spanish beans. 

First the rice goes in the pot, and then the beans. 

Too prevent scorching while I gathered up some herbs I added chicken broth from the fridge. It's already been frozen once, I have to use it up. 

I also already had some guacamole ready and waiting, after all it is the weekend!

Herbs from the garden and one sliver of California Reaper I had sitting in vinegar in the cupboard since last fall. I can detect it's location based on it vibrant red colour (good thing I used white beans).

I'm still a bit nervous to touch it, I don't think I actually got any red in my first helping. 

Let's see what happens at lunch tomorrow ;) Prepped and Consumed in under 20 minutes.
